I'm a millennial and I can't really tell the difference between SD and HD. Do you mean like when YouTube switches to 360p instead of 1080?

That's a big problem for stuff that was originally shot on video. Old stuff shot on film can look pretty good when digitized.
3 0 ReplyBut then you also have that very specific window of time when a lot of stuff especially SFX was done on video that can't be upscaled. Babylon 5 fans weep.
