  so, they should include :
  news from U.S.A. often take all the space (it did so on reddit) so, to balance things up, those should be posted elsewhere.
  
  We already discuss this one time but we didn't come up with a good solution to Usonians posting news that only care to them as if they were world news so we didn't add a rule, but the issue is definitely still there.
