Anyone else weirded out about the way that COVID is being swept under the rug in the U.S despite there being around 38k cases just yesterday?
I'm not weirded out about it. I totally expected it. We in the US are full on "letting it rip" from now on until our government is capitulated.
It's been surreal watching the country just collectively shrug about covid. A lot of my friends and family stopped giving a shit about it and are now in "oh well. If I get it, I get it" mode. I've had multiple people tell me some variation of "you can't live your life in fear" because I was wearing a mask lol. I feel like I'm going crazy
