7 1 ReplyI actually added olive oil around the edges. I'm trying to get better at plating. It tasted good, but maybe overkill!
4 2 ReplyDoes it mix well into the risotto? Good olive oil has a very nice flavor than can work well. It did it turn into texture overload?
I suck at making risotto but your bowl looks amazing.

That risotto looks super creamy but I think a bit too much olive oil for my taste but hey it’s your plate! Risotto is also one of my most favorite dishes to make.
