Well definitely sounds like a bunch a bullshit but now I'm curious in knowing if any of it is fact, so please share with all of us the data I'm sure you must have that actually proves what it is your saying is actually fact and not just a bunch of bullshit you thought people would just believe to be true and not ask questions...

With few exceptions, these lists are dominated by red states.
As a new Mexican I hate that we are on these lists, but I think you can blame a lot of it on Texas Republicans interference in New Mexico politics. They spend millions in new Mexico to get deals on our oil and that takes money from our schools etc.
