Multiple accounts on different instances

I would love an option to see all posts from multiple accounts, with a filter for duplicated subscription posts. Is something like that feasible?

That would be the Everything feed in the General settings. Or am I missing something?
- Well kinda, you should have an option to select what instance you want to show up.
I too would like a feature like this, but which account likes and dislikes? When you favorite a post which one does it get saved to?
- Just have a default save to option in settings. Or it could even ask each time.
  
  I imagine a tiered preferences list would work pretty effectively for this, though it may still run into issues with the same post showing up a few pages later and throwing the preference list off due to different instances having different levels of popularity
