A University of Florida student argued in a school paper that the US Constitution applies only to white people. The judge teaching the class gave him the highest grade and awarded him a prize. The granting of the award set off months of turmoil on the law school campus.

A dumb highschool classmate of mine had a theory that each race of humans is descended from a different kind of ape. He thought he woukd make a lot of money off that theory. The teacher told him he would get lots of money from nazis.
- Did he ever hear about DNA evidence, that shows without a doubt that all humans are the same species?
  Not only that, we are a species of very little variance! Especially considering how widespread across the globe we are.
  But he was probably Christian, and thinks DNA evidence is false, because it doesn't confirm his racist views.

The scary thing is if you could get 5 SCOTUS judges who buy "the constitution is just for white people", then it becomes true.
Well, you'd just need 3. Thomas and Alito are already on board no doubt.
What a horrible thing to find out someone hasn't beaten him to death yet.
Same news publication that went all out for Jewish discrimination when there were Palestinian protesters on the campus.

- Don't worry, they also mention that outright white supremacist is against the genocide (which they of course call a "war").
