Did anyone play an old Learning Company or something game about escaping some horror island or weird world?

It was very spooky and taught math, english, geography and other things probably.

Had sort of a depressing eastern european soundtrack i seemed to recall

Would have been a kids computer game on DOS or something

Very old school Map of the "world", possibly a scroll. Lots of scary monsters, very Banjo Kazooie-ish in aesthetic

  I loved the game growing up, it was apparently too much for a lot of kids so they made a different non spooky jump start 4th grade.
