POTUS has too much power already. Declaring Emergency to bypass the senate in order to conduct war should be fixed.
Not saying this juts cause Trump is a moron, its time to restore some power to the legislature.

I get the feeling this will get shot down because it would hinder weapons sales to Israel or threaten AIPAC money. Politicians who vote against it will probably say they like the idea, but don't like the wording.
I hope it gets through tho.
