Isn’t github owned by microsoft? As is openAI, who wants regulation to protect their nonexistent moat?
- Microsoft actually open sources a lot of languages, libraries, and software. Same with Google and Meta. They even open source their data center designs.

If eu legislators could read they'd be very upset
