Came here to shit post Jaffa cakes, but you beat me to it! Well done! (For those not in the know, there was a long legal arguement about whether or not Jaffa cakes were cakes or biscuits. I think it was something to do with VAT - UK sales tax)
I don't really trust anyone mixing orange flavor with chocolate flavor to come up with new flavors.
- It's definitely one of the more difficult combinations to pull off well, but I have had some delicious orange chocolate.

- Cakes.
  Although I accept them here as they're in the biscuit aisle.
  
  They are, in fact, biscuits. They are cooked twice, baked then dried.
  But they're also cakes. It's like a dried cake. Biscuit cake.

  The real question is which side is the top?
  
  I'd argue its more obvious which side is the top than if its cake or biscuit. Obviously its a biscuit.
