Another vote for Windy. They now have the UKV High-res model (provided by The Met Office). The live rainfall radar is also Met data.
The other one to try is The Met Office official app. Depends what you're after really. If it's a general reliable forecast, official Met app. More layers, compare different models etc., then Windy.
I got introduced to XCWeather.co.uk about 10 years ago and swear by it even now. Only runs as a Web page but it's lightweight, fast and seems to be fairly accurate plus decent customisation options.
I try to limit the amount of personal data being shared, so I really like the Hello Weather app for their privacy policy (although a lot of their features are behind a paywall).
Other than that, I use Apple Weather since I figure Apple already has my data anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I use Google (since it's caked into my phone), BBC Weather and Met Office.
They all report different things. I often try to go with the two that are closest. I've had it before though where two will say it's dry and Google said rain. I went with the two and it rained...
I'm using Today Weather but I've never really found it that great since Apple killed the Dark Sky data Source. That said it has quite a few data Source choices so I can't really fault them for that.
