Once was just the law of averages playing out. Twice was incompetence. Three times is sabotage. Somebody on the Truman might not be doing good work according to the Navy, but they're doing good work by humanity.
Itβs not just fighter jets though, the entire airspace of the US is in calamity right now. Incompetence through and through.
