I agree with the sentiment, but the North Korean flags by the author's name are a bit suspect.
I'm guessing some variation of "You don't understand... The West forced them to go all those things with the sanctions or whatever" has definitely been said by that individual before.
Is The West forcing North Korea to send soldiers and military equipment to Ukraine to fight for Russia? How is The West forcing North Korea's citizens to risk their lives to get to South Korea?
The username looks to me like a joke
