Utah and Idaho capitals adopt new pride flags to sidestep bans

Rare W for Idaho and Utah. Good on them for fighting back. Love that Idaho town for making every day a "special occasion" in order to to fly the Canadian flag. ❤️

haha, I love this. Would these flags work (on paper) in other areas in the US where pride flags are banned? Surely other states and cities can't ban city flags
