So out of the tank, the ammo and the transport to get the other two to the battlefield only one of them will not work if we need them?
- Doesn't mean the remaining 30% will be American stuff with a kill switch, if that's what you imply.
  
  Well, I was implying the kill switch, I don't really care if it is an American, Russian, Chinese or anyone else's kill switch to be honest. Could even be a private kill switch instead of a nation's kill switch for all I care.
