I wonder if cats can eat beans. I assume so, but sometimes there's those random foods pets can't eat because it's poisonous to them or something.

Yep. Cats love chicken but be aware garlic and onions are toxic to cats.
If you want to give your cat a treat you can steam or boil plain chicken and shread it. Then mix your shredded chicken portion in some wing sauce for "bbq pulled chicken"
