Frankly, it was a warmer greeting than I normally get from my parents, and it was accompanied by a slap on my back. I found the whole thing quite disarming.

To be frank, Bill Maher has always been a pompous, self-involved, ass. Bill Burr pointed out his bullshit when he was a guest on one of his podcasts as well, if I remember correctly.

- It's in response to Bill Maher's attempt to stay relevant.
- Larry is being sarcastic.
  
  Larry is a nazi himself, so can we actually be sure this is sarcasm and not 'sarcasm' in the way white supremacist content on 4chan is 'sarcasm'.
