  • Saka is off in his shooting today. It's easy to say it's because of that nasty tackle and all the booing. But it's also likely that was an issue before those occurred.

    • Some of that is probably still coming back from injury, to be fair... let him get it out of his system so he can bang them in at the Parc des Princes

  • You know, I'm a little confused as to how Ipswich are this bad... they have the 5th highest squad value in the league!

    They do not, in fact, have a squad value even approaching ours. They also have almost 45% of their squad value injured. But that doesn't excuse them trying to add Saka to that list.

  • Why are they questioning Merino's pass for our second goal so much? It's obvious it wasn't a shot and that he was deliberately flicking it into Martinelli 's path.

    • Because they have to find some way to discredit us. It's exhausting.

      • Like any normal human being would react to that with "oh wow, he (Saka) held him off well, and he (Merino) had great vision to know where a third runner was going to arrive and good tekkers to flick it on, and he (Martinelli) had a nice calm finish".   • Ipswich are clearly turning. But I think we are a bit too. There's not much movement off the ball. Though that can be tough when they have basically everyone behind the ball.
