Are you telling me that arbitrarily sending citizens without due proccess to an abroad detention camp after being accused (without proof) of anything might be inconstitutional? I am shocked. Shocked I say.
Yeah it really might be! But don’t strain yourself with thinking about it, the scholars are on the case. Constitutional law is very complicated after all and there’s really no way to know if you have any rights at all.

As a European I can advise that if serious concerns don't work, you should try drawing wholesome pictures with a chalk next to the White House, and then, if necessary you may even try illuminating courts with national colors... But that should probably be the last resort.
