it's a sort of dirtbag dark comedy blend of Falling Down meets Joe vs The Volcano. middle aged guy gets a terminal diagnosis and goes on a cross country rampage taking out right wing pundits. there's a fair amount of poorly aged schlock and nostalgia fetishizing but the core premise is enough to make it worthwhile.
