Command And Conquer Ported To The Pi Pico 2

I wonder if this will work on my Raspberry Pi 4B? The issue is that it is headless and I don't have an extra monitor lying around (I access it via SSH). Perhaps it's time to set up a remote desktop project for my 4B.
