What instead of redgifs for videos and gifs?

I noticed that the redgifs videos don't always load. What do you use instead that allows you to display embded video?

Also for uploading larger files (more than 30mb, possibly with compressing them), because I do not want to reduce them manually.

I try not to upload videos or larger files because it takes a lot of space which costs money for the Lemmy instance host. So if I can embed a link I believe it is better for the instance.
To view I find that the website and boost work for me.
