House on wheels window views check

My cargo van doesn't have windows, but here are my most recent spots in reverse chronological order:

• current spot, BLM campsite
• outside Alamagordo, NM, BLM
• near Holloman AFB; winds kicking up dust from White Sands and blotting out the mountains in the distance. Not sure what kind of federal land this is.
• near Las Cruces, NM, national monument

My present location is a bit of an anomaly as it is a somewhat-developed official BLM campsite. Pit toilet, trash cans, and covered picnic tables. What luxuries! It's very quiet, dark skies, and only lightly visited. There are 4-5 sites depending on how you count and only 2 are taken. I won't divulge the location directly but the clueful will be able to suss it out. :-)
