Is that raspberry.. thornless? Is that possible?
I have a couple varieties in this patch, a friend gave me some thornless ones but I like the berries on the thorny canes
That looks like a nice plot, thank you for sharing the picture. I always struggled on the best time to trim the old canes, do you prefer to do that in the fall after fruiting or spring?
I usually wait until all the leaves fall off. Pruning can happen any time between late autumn to late winter. I leave some alone that are newer and chop the older crustier ones
they are OK by me
Oh lucky!! We still have a foot of snow. More plus temps in the forecast though! Yay Your raspberry patch looks great by the way. Good job!
For a moment I asked myself, where's the Pi, but then I realised that this was a gardening community, not a computing one.
(Source: If you're unfamiliar, there's a computer called a Raspberry Pi.)
Must be a sweet computer
It's small, cheap, primary intended for teaching purposes and absurdity popular in the maker, hobbyist and proof of concept phases of many projects .. sweet spot is exactly what it hit.
You serious? Someone posts the word raspberry and a picture of a plant and the first thing you think of is a computer? Have you eaten raspberries before?
