For some reason that message didn't federate to us so I can't reply, but that doesn't pass a basic sniff test to me.

They're sending the identical image to tons of users, and it's just hosted on any generic lemmy pictrs. Sometimes they move it when they switch to a new account, sometimes they don't bother. There's not a unique url each time.
