I find the term "abominable snowman" to be really offensive

There are a lot of assumptions being made about the yeti's character, without anything to go by.

they're two different guys. bigfoot is a whole other story as well.

I don't know. My local Pastor, Cornelius Adam Igbudu, once sat me on his knee and told me that the vibrating pink baton I'd found in his vestry was NOT in fact an alien called Mr. Buzzy. He told me that would be an abomination under God. So make of that what you will, but I would stay away from that priest.
