Wouldn't this be against the first amendment? Like wouldn't calling yourself transgender be freedom of speech?

Gender identity fraud sounds awesome.
But in all seriousness, it has 0 cosponsors, so it's just some guy virtue-signalling to his base and trying to scare us.
- ...problem is there are enough imperial fckheads ready to dogpile on any virtue signal du jour...
- Be gay, do crime!
  However, we agree that we shouldn't be worried about things like this unless they actually pass.
