The Boost for Reddit app has not worked for me for ages, although ReVanced still has it going

I modded some communities so my account continued to work just up until s few days ago. I was living the dream.

Yeah, that's due to Reddit's new policies regarding client ID. You need to change it with the help of ReVanced and the app will work again
