- do drag (drag specifically bc it's such a multi-faceted art)
- date someone long term
- volunteer regularly to try and make the world a better place

I think its the dude, not the girl. He has a moment of clarity in the second to last panel and decides to go travel to try to foster personal growth. At least, that's how I read it
