Wtf is "flytipping"?
- Illegal dumping of household bulk waste. Like, if you have an old fridge, you can just wheel it to a local park and leave it there.
  Or a mattress to dispose of, you can carry it on your back like Obelisk in that comic, and dump it behind a half-built house.

There’s far, far worse places then Norwich. Swindon for example, or anywhere north of Cheltenham.

  Those are almost real places. It's Gloucestershire (pronounced Glos-ter-shr) and Wokingham (pronounced woah-king-em).
