Paramount-Skydance Merger Clears SEC And EU Amid Ongoing, Fractious FCC Review

Paramount Global and Skydance cleared a deal hurdle as the SEC made their registration effective and the EU approved it. The FCC is still a wildcard.

Cool. I can't wait for Star Trek to suck even harder.
I am a Star Trek completist. I have seen literally every Star Trek TV show and movie... except the Section 31 movie. I just can't bring myself to do it.
