Hey an arch user here I been thinking of shifting to fedora, I have never used it much before but I have heard a lot about it, about the dnf and rpm packages and stuff, part of the reason why I am kinda nervous shifting from arch because I rely on aur so much, but recently I have got a lot of broken packages and hence I was looking for something never latest but stable.

I have a few questions.

  1. Does rpm and dnf have stable packages and will it be enough ?
  2. Does davinci resolve works properly on fedora ? (doesn't work on arch).
  3. Is it really latest and stable ?
  4. If there is an arch user who shifted to fedora what was your experience like and should I do it too ?

Hope you guys won't mind me asking these questions.

Thanks
