Nintendo did them a solid shutting down production before any money transferred hands.
Genuinely.
I hate how litigious Nintendo is and I want to see projects like this happen, rather than being shut down.
But if it IS going to be shut down then far better for that to happen before it even starts, than when it's 90% finished..
I thought this was about the official live-action movie in the works.
This project earned $24k? That's incredibly stupid. Who the hell would try funding this when Nintendo have made it VERY clear they will take down anything with their IP attached.
