The technical details seem pretty glossed-over. Is this just a variant of the Sabatier process?
A follow-up: this is what I find so incredibly frustrating about space science news related to China's space programs. They're great at publicly disclosing scientific findings, and infuriatingly tight-lipped on the engineering used to make those scientific discoveries. I would love to talk about all the engineering details of Chinese rockets and spacecraft and space stations. But good fucking luck finding anything public to talk about.
