literally this, keeps happening to me. good god it hurts.
Also just holding heavy objects against your chest hurts.

There's a chance you have to deal with PMS. I deal with it every 24 or so days. I get it worse than my mother and aunt have ever had to deal with it. I experience the following symptoms.
Not everyone experiences this nor do they experience it at the level that I do. I hope for the gods that you don't have to experience it like I do. If you do, I highly HIGHLY recommend tracking it so you're not blindsided by it.

Not sure. Midol is by far the most effective. High strength Tylenol also works for me. They won’t cure either, but they’ll make them far more bearable.

I don't know how common this is, or if it's just psychological, but as soon as I started taking estradiol I began to feel connected to my body for the first time. Like, it wasn't just the meat-sac I lived inside but an actual part of me that I wanted to take care of
Estrogen and spiro seems to have cured my psoriasis
Spiro can cause dehydration and estrogen apparently has some connections with bowel movements, so if you aren't making sure to stay hydrated and eat well, you can end up stopped up.
