GOP House leader Demuth: 'We should not be seating that representative' no matter what judge rules

During a trial last month, six of the 20 voters whose ballots are believed to have been lost testified that they voted to reelect the Shakopee representative.

Relevant information: the DFL candidate is the incumbent.

Doesn't seem like Republicans have any grounds or a leg to stand on. That won't stop them from subverting the will of the people though
