Well, it’s clearly not whoever’s in the bottom frame because his shoe doesn’t even have a raised heel and it’s bent too far back. But the NEXT person with a 90 degree foot is almost surely your man, by all odds.
As this man's loyer I say my client is not guilty as the diagram shows the preparator doesn't have a bridge in his foot while you can see my client does have a bridge when making the same step
