Jared Leto has joined "Masters of the Universe" as Skeletor, the archenemy of He-Man (Nicholas Galitzine); Trap Jaw, Tri-Klops and Goat Man have also been cast.
I was at the filming of an episode of Colbert’s late show maybe 5-6 years back. Jared’s band 30 Seconds to Mars was the musical guest. We had to sit there for an hour and a half while they set up a camera attached to a robotic arm that would rapidly change angles around his face during their performance. The thing did not want to work right. Stephen was at least cool enough to talk to the crowd while Jared’s stupid camera jerked around on the fritz. I thought he was a fart sniffer before seeing him at that show, now I know it.
Anytime I see Milla Jovovich is in a movie I know it's going to be like a 2/10 at best. Not even her fault usually it's just that she's only ever in movies that are total garbage.
At this point I'm rooting for him to be in as many franchises as possible. He's one of those jokes that stopped being funny a long time ago but seems to stay around so long it's hilarious. The guy is pure box office poison. His involvement in a project means failure. How can Hollywood
time and time again screw up so bad.
Frank Langella had gravitas to the character.
Mark Hamill plays him exactly has I pictured him.
I don't see Leto being good in any version of the character.
I dont know how I feel about that. Not a fan or Leto.
But whose this Nicholas Galitzine kid? He looks too scrawny to be He-Man. He might play Prince Adam just fine, but hes gonna need to bulk up big time to be He-Man. Im talking like Dude from Free Guy bulked up.
Really? He always takes me out of films. I think he's awful. I love blade runner 2049 and to me he's the worst part of that movie, whenever he's on screen it makes me hate that my favourite film has him in it.
Exactly what I was going to say. The character himself was good, but someone else could have played it far better. OTOH, the character is about a guy with his head firmly up his ass, so it was a natural fit.
