2 0 ReplyViruses have been around since humans and will continue to be. We can improve our observation of them by getting close to their origin so we can prepare for them. Viruses can orginate anywhere, including the US. China, with its huge population is an exceptional breeding ground.

"No person-to-person spread of H5 bird flu has been detected."
