FBI agent neighbor using cell tower simulator to mess with my internet and cell data

The son of a local police officer FBI agent is in town from college. This neighbor let's his son play with his FBI toys like a cell tower simulator. It is tiresome. They block me from using grocery apps, banking apps, customer service requests to ATT and Verizon.

This is why the police must be defunded. They abuse their powers and "deputize" their family and friends to harass people.

Actually since they attack my banking this is more or a "terrorize" type deal from them.
