Billionaires would say "but those can only do their jobs because there is a company that employs them" and i say no, all of those work perfectly fine as either self employed or with only two layers of hierarchy. CEO's only exist in oversized, inefficient, leechy companies.
Not everyone wants to be self employed so legally speaking yes its kinda needed to have some person as an employer, but on a social and decision making level you can democratize it i agree. Ofcourse there are different models with shared ownership and such but thats also not for everyone i think.
I disagree. I'm really bad at self management. If there was zero layers I would pay someone to tell me what to do. Currently my employer takes a very significant portion of the value I generate, but if there was nohierarchhy I'd still pay someone a smaller portion my generated value to manage my tasks and coordinate my efforts.
