Any user of NativeAlpha round here?

I'm actually using NativeAlpha app to my social networks. But I'm having an issue... Can't paste any link on my Facebook because the app crash. Can be a configuration issue or it's something about the app?

I use it! although rarely for Facebook
I'm able to paste in the search bar as well as the text box for comments and it seemed to work. It could be something with your setup or device?
what keyboard are you using
what are you trying to paste (large text, images)
where are you trying to paste?
- I'm using a blackberry keyone, so it's a physical keyboard, I'm trying to past link in my profile. Even I tried to open the clipboard option that I have and don't work

  My only other guesses would be
  set the settings to default if you haven't already
  clear the cache / recreate the Facebook section
