Looks like there is some kind of sauce on it if you check the top bun.
- same color as the breading on the cutlet, impossible to tell for sure. even so a tiny dollop of gravy(?) would still be pathetic, that bread yearns for some vegg

of course it would have different names, my suggestion is that just putting a piece of meat on/in a roll is an embarrassment to the concept of having food that is served between bread
