A lot of the world would like the US to keep it's hands and armies to itself inside it's borders.
The US withdrawing from the international stage, is probably a good thing, with the exception of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine.

I think everyone is more concerned that the USA will continue to make its politics "of the world" rather than stop ..
