Many of the Arab Americans that voted for Trump voted that way out of pure misogyny. They didn't want to vote for a woman. Let's face it, the home grown Trumpers voted that way for the same reasons, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and racism. Anyone that proudly voted for Trump gets no help or sympathy from me. If you are arab and voted for Trump, you're significantly less intelligent than the average trump supporter. That's a very low bar. He hates you, probably more than any other group he hates. His idea of "peace" is likely allowing Israel to complete their final solution and then threatening, along with Israel, to glass anybody else in the region. You have condemned the Palestinians in Gaza and likely the west bank to death. Many will be slow brutal deaths. When trump and the Israelis are done, they will ensure that, ironically, the Palestinian people will only exist through the diaspora.
