Ukrainian intelligence details the weapons and equipment it says Moscow is arming North Korean troops with, from 'Dragunov' sniper rifles to thermal imagers
US officials said at a press conference on Thursday that around 8,000 North Korean troops were in the Russian frontline region of Kursk.
Summary
About 8,000 North Korean troops are in Russia’s Kursk region, ready to join the war with weaponry provided by Moscow, including AK-12 rifles, RPG-7s, and night vision equipment. These troops have been trained by Russian forces in artillery and infantry tactics.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for Western allies to allow long-range strikes, proposing Ukraine could preemptively target the North Korean forces if equipped with necessary weaponry.
Thats unrealistic given that across the entire front in a day orcs loose 1500 - 1600 daily. So for "best Koreans" to loose so many you'd need some epic level of incompetence, even above orcs... Not saying it can't happen but unless they do a parade within the range of himars... It's unlikely that their losses would be that drastic
Sorry is the absolute number is slightly off. I thought the round number made it clear that it was not supposed to be a precise estimate but a general "this is how irrelevant they are compared to normal loses".
Probably because they are invading another country? Maybe they should be using their heads and thinking a little bit critically...
Don't get me wrong, I also don't have much like for US foreign policy of "bringing freedom" anyone with oil or their fanatical support of Israel.
But I do agree with your general sentiment that US also sucks donkeys arse. You can hate both sides but I know on which side of the border, I would rather be right now.
