considering Texas has the eighth largest economy in the world but regularly loses control of its basic utility infrastructure and does not offer even emergency health care, texas really is a third-world country inside the US.
The US is largely a third world country anyway, but Texas really checks all the boxes.
Texas isn't landlocked, though, they have a decent sized coast along the Gulf of Mexico.

They don't give two shit about fetuses. The proof is they don't give two shits after the child is born. This is about dominance, and control. About keeping the control to keep every single cent of their wealth. Batshit insane pathological greed. People who have more money than they can ever spend, and need a new "challenge." Something has to be done. They won't quit, ever, and there will always be people who will subjugate, and grovel for their favor to enrich themselves. The type who have state approved political informants reviewing their medical notes and are looking to take away their professional registration and entire career (plus possible prison sentences) on the basis of wildly vague and open to interpretation law because Yay Jesus.

It's not just the threat of police, it's also them losing their license and ability to be insured and the possibility of getting multi million dollar lawsuits to go along with it legally being the same as murder if a doctor gives any treatment for someone having a miscarriage
why are doctors obeying this clearly unethical law and letting their patients die? is it just outright cowardice?
