Russia has begun sending North Korean troops to a frontline area in unmarked civilian trucks, Kyiv's military intelligence said, as concerns mount over Pyongyang's involvement in Moscow's war against Ukraine.
It's a sign of desperation if anything. They have no experience with drones and don't speak Russian. They'll hightail back to the last place they felt safe. Russia may as well doodle on a bunch of maps and hand them over
Ukraine also uses many civilian-sourced vehicles, including for moving troops. It is not inherently a war crime. It is frankly necessary when both sides are losing vehicles to enemy action constantly.
