One random one that jumps to mind is a game I routinely see bundled on fanatical dirt cheap.
Ugly starts a little slow, and I think the writing is just weird, but the some of the puzzles are really cool, and there's a good blend between pure puzzles and puzzles that require platformer execution.
I don't know that I would have paid $20, and I paid less than the $7 it's available for there now (it says for 10 hours), but I enjoyed what I played of it.
If you haven't tried them, give Ori a go. I finished Ori and the Blind Forest, it was amazing. Then I went on to Ori and the Will of the Wisps which builds on the first one. So in the first one you'll be unlocking stuff and in the second one you can still do all those things and some extra stuff you'll have to select according to the situation.
Beware though, some of the things they expect you to do can be challenging.
Play on PC if your monitor supports HDR, otherwise Switch'll do fine.
If you want to double down on the puzzle aspect, check out Toki Tori 2. It's a metroidvania side scrolling puzzle game. The wild part of it is you basically only have 2 moves, but you have to figure out how to use those moves to solve puzzles in the environment to progress. There are no actual hard walls like in a regular metroidvania, it's just your understanding of how you can manipulate and influence objects in the world that gates you from getting to new places.
